Ice Cream Making
Summer just isn't summer without ice cream. In this class the students will learn to make ice cream from scratch. They will be introduced to a variety of common and not so common ingredients to create their own unique flavors of ice cream.
Bread Making
This class will teach kids how to make a loaf the old fashion way. Needing the dough in an antique dough bowl used in the best bakeries in Europe.
Pasta Making
Nothing says comfort than a fresh bowl of pasta. The children will learn the art of pasta making, creating a variety of different shape and size noodles.
Marshmallows
What would camping be without marshmallows. In this class the children will learn to make marshmallows and take pride in sharing them with their fellow campers.
Cake Decorating
This class teaches students how to bake a cake from scratch, the benefit of the crumb coat, and shows the variety of different icings available.
Egg Class
The incredible edible egg! In this class the children will learn the history of eggs, different types available, interesting facts, and three 3 different techniques on cooking them.
Knife Skills
This is a class that teaches how to care for your knives, knife safety, and how to chop and dice a variety of ingredients and combing them to make a simple salad.
Bizarre Foods
This class introduces children to a variety of different foods from around the world. What we see as Bizarre foods in our culture are other cultures staples. This class will certainly open your children's eyes to the a wide variety of possibilities.
Survival Class
This class teaches children about a variety of edible plants and animals in the Midwest that would be available to eat... if one found themselves lost in the woods.
Iron Chef Competition
This will be our final event! The children taking part in this event will have to work as a team to create a salad, main course, and dessert using a variety of ingredients made available to them. May The Best Chefs Win!

Face Painting
A class designed to teach kids how to use face paint to create more dimensions for their onstage characters
Costume Design
A class created to teach kids how to create costumes from supplies they can find and recycle at home.
Set Design/ Lighting
A Class to teach kids how to light up a stage for maximum dramatic impact and create a set from recyclable materials.
Casting Call… line memorization
A Class for those who want to perform on stage. Everyone gets a part! The kids will take an active part in memorizing lines, developing characters and learning about onstage presence.
Choreography
A movement class that the children own. It is very empowering to be allowed to create your own dance production. Working with the music chosen in sound production class. The children will show us their moves, we will introduce more, and work as a team to make the show flow with their own creative choices.
Sound Production
In this class we will choose music to go with the different scenes in our production. Empowering the children to search and discover different types of music and build a playlist that coordinates with the show. They will also become familiar with different blue tooth mics and speakers, learn about timing and cues and how to run a show seamlessly from beginning to end.
